You are allowed up to 2 vehicles at your site, all other vehicles, boats, boat trailers, etc. need to be parked in the outside storage area. The 2 vehicles allowed at your site need to be parked appropriately and not on the grass or blocking roadways.

PETS

Pets are welcome as long as they do not disturb other people. Pets must be accompanied by their owner at all times and not allowed to roam the park freely. Pets must be kept leashed or in the immediate control of their owners at all times.

Please be a good neighbor and pick up after your pet or take them to the field adjacent to the park office....

Notice

All rights granted to registered guests in our park are through a revocable license. Which may be revoked at any time. Under no circumstances should you consider yourself a tenant with a lease. (Texas Penal Code 30.05a)

We are required to inform you that leaving or occupying a campground parking without paying all fees is considered "theft of services" under State Statute #H.B. 1978.

Liability Notice

River Shade RV Park, Inc. assumes no liability for death or injuries, loss. damages or destruction of property. This includes injury or damage caused by falling tree limbs.

The river is just that - a river. It is not a swimming pool. While not considered especially dangerous, any body of water must be treated with respect, particularly in regard to small children. Swim, boat and tube at your own risk. There is no lifeguard.
